Terms

1. Using the service

You must be at least 18, use your own verified identity, provide accurate information, and accept these terms. The service is experimental; features, providers, availability, and limits may change, pause, or end.

2. Guidance is not authority

Opportunity angles, claims, proof targets, next moves, KPIs, thresholds, and result interpretations are generated guidance. They may be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong. They are not instructions, guarantees, professional approval, or proof that an opportunity exists. You decide whether and how to act and remain responsible for checking facts, protecting people, and complying with applicable law.

3. Respectful real-world action

The product never contacts another person or completes a transaction for you. Do not:

• send bulk, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or repeated unwanted contact;
• misrepresent yourself, fabricate results, or record a commitment, payment, or outcome that did not occur;
• submit another person’s identifying, confidential, or private material without permission;
• target a minor or vulnerable person with an inappropriate request; or
• use the service for unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, or regulated professional activity.

Respect a refusal, a request for privacy, and the reasonable boundaries of every person you approach.

4. Your private content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it only to operate, secure, support, and evaluate the service, honor your choices, and provide features you request. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. See the Privacy Notice.

5. Atlas sharing

Nothing is shared automatically. Before sharing, you must review the exact entry and choose its identity and visibility. By publishing an entry, you give us permission to display and distribute that entry until it is unpublished. This permission does not extend to the private notes, artifacts, contacts, or opportunity model behind the entry.

6. Protected systems and fair use

Do not bypass authentication or rate limits; access another person’s data; scrape or automate the service without permission; interfere with providers; or attempt to discover, extract, reconstruct, publish, or use non-public system prompts, model configuration, safety controls, ontology logic, or internal decision methods to clone the service. You may use the outputs we provide for your own lawful work, subject to these terms.

7. Service limits

The service is provided as available and without guarantees. It is not medical, legal, financial, engineering, employment, research-ethics, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, The New Future is not responsible for your decisions, outreach, promises, transactions, or use of third-party services and links.

8. Access, export, deletion, and changes

We may limit or suspend activity to protect people, the service, providers, or the law. You may request data access, export, correction, unpublishing, or deletion through Account or Support. Material changes may require a new terms version and renewed acceptance.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions, privacy requests, recipient concerns, and legal notices: support@thenewfuture.co.
